I bought used first and it was locked with no combination. I don't understand why Revane sold it to me. Then I bought a new one because the design seemed good to me. I could only drop three of the five numbers. I have returned one - which has not yet been credited to me and will be sending back a new one. I bought a similar lock which is not that impressive in design but has the benefit of working properly. Although I was told in chat that my return was "in stock" about two weeks ago, I was not given a refund.
