Logitech technical support indicated that there are no firmware updates for the product. At first glance this shouldn't be a problem, but it is the difference between the C930 for distribution in America with firmware updates and the Chinese model. It also means that firmware installation is not possible when Windows 10 goes through breaking changes - Microsoft releases a new version of Windows 10 every six months or a security vulnerability occurs. Know what you are buying and the risks. I would never have bought this unit if it weren't for the extraordinary times and I wasn't able to get hold of the C930 for America at the time of purchase. I had a few links to Logitech's support site and one to Microsoft's site to back up my claims, but Revain refused to post the links. I am sorry. You have to search to see it for yourself.
