Didn't realize it was for Asia. There is no firmware support. The speakers don't work. The microphone seems to work. There is no option to pan or zoom. Also, it didn't arrive with a privacy cover. Logitech does not recognize this model. Image quality seems to be good. Because I have an important meeting, I need to buy a real Logitech webcam. Little did I know it wasn't actually a Logitech device; or even if it's not designed to work outside of Asia.

There are no products with this part number on the Logitech website. I've seen reviews saying it's "not supported". If you're looking for support from Logitech, you've come to the right place. Luckily I was able to find the software via a link on the Logitech community page, otherwise I'd keep looking. After installing the software, the camera looks normal. Logitech technical support indicated that there are no firmware updates for the product. At first glance this shouldn't be a problem, but it is the difference between the C930 for distribution in America with firmware updates and the Chinese model. It also means that firmware installation is not possible when Windows 10 goes through breaking changes - Microsoft releases a new version of Windows 10 every six months or a security vulnerability occurs.
