Easy to install with some help from YouTube

With no experience installing flush mount lights, I was able to install this relatively hassle-free in under ten minutes, with the assistance of a online tutorial.
After installing it, it looks great! Took a few bulbs to find the one that looks best - highly recommend a yellow light, rather than a white one. Adds the perfect amount of light to a bedroom, plus the beams look cool, without being too over-the-top.
