I bought my parents in the village, to bring optics from Rostelecom to a private house, especially in rural areas, the task is not the easiest, no matter how I tried, it didn’t work out, I left everything and began to look towards the Wi-Fi bridge, since there is fiber optics in high-rise buildings, even though there are 8 apartments. I found one such house that looks in my direction, I placed the antenna on the roof on a small mast. the installation took place in the summer and on the path of the antennas a birch fell into the Fresnel zone, until the leaves fell off, of course, the connection was intermittent, but the speedtest was at 30 mb, out of a possible 100. Now in the fall, when the leaves have almost all fallen off, the connection is without interruptions, the speed is 50 mb, but I think if you remove all the obstacles, then the speed will increase even more, the distance between the antennas is 1 km. In principle, I am satisfied with the purchase, since the old adsl Internet had a speed of 6 mb, and the mobile one does not work well there, this bridge has become a breath of fresh air.
