I ordered this set to meet my growing need for different types of screwdrivers. The JIS Phillips is fairly common in Japan, and I even bought a box of Taiwan-made wood screws that turned out to require a JIS Phillips screwdriver. (Japanese Industrial Standard) These Hozan tools are an adequate screwdriver with a comfortable practical grip. So far they have met my needs and I see no reason why they should not continue to do so. However, if a person needs a strong screwdriver, I would suggest something like the Vessel Megadora. I ordered a #3 Vessel Switching Point and will probably buy a #2 just to avoid overusing the Hozan tool which seems better suited for electronics work.
