I like that it's easy for providers to use (no learning curve) as well as being able to easily create new templates/forms without having to go through training or hiring someone else who knows how to do so.

The software can be difficult at times if you're using multiple computers - but this isn't always their fault! It takes too long sometimes when submitting claims to get paid by insurance companies. A lot of paperwork goes into getting reimbursed from insurances which makes us feel rushed during busy periods.
