Review on ULTIMATE 4 PIECE PLIERS SET by Jay Arnold

I bought this set based on almost all positive reviews. They were sold and shipped by Revain. When the tools arrived they were covered in an oily substance (even in the plastic packaging). When wiping, I also noticed that they were covered with bits of metal. I thought someone at the factory had skipped the post-production cleaning step, but I didn't care. After that I put the tools in the tool box and forgot about them. A few months later when I needed them I opened my tool box and to my surprise the metal was rusty and corroded. I am very disappointed that this set was ruined before I even had a chance to use it.
