I like that it is very easy to navigate, can be used across multiple platforms (mobile or desktop), has great customer support as well! Nothing in particular but would love if they expanded their reach into other countries outside of US/Canada market which could help with our international clients who are looking for more options when considering using this tool versus others out there - especially within Canada where we have some competition from local companies offering similar services at lower prices than what you get through these big players such us Salesforce etc..
