Overall this product did a great job. He removed several hailstorms about 1.5 inches in diameter and maybe 1/4 inch deep. It took 2-3 attempts to remove the hail bumps but I would say it removed at least 98% of the bumps. He also basically removed a dent the size of a soccer ball, about 1.5 inches deep. It didn't remove it completely, but removed about 90% of the dent after a few tries, targeting small areas each time. I think if I spent more time with the rest of the waves in that area I could get it all. of dents the size of a ping-pong ball. It helps me. I think that success can also vary depending on the car and age. Older cars have thicker metal, newer cars have thinner metal, and in many cases the panels are aluminum. The packaging states that this product should not be used on aluminum plates. Overall I would say that this product does what it promises. Follow the instructions and you can get the same results as me. Let's face it, you've spent more money on useless products, for the money it's at least worth a try. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I'd like to see more options for the dents (the part you put glue on). I wish they had another big bobby pin.
