After trying these English straps I'm now confident enough to tackle long hikes and bike rides... The material is thick and durable, yet still comfortable on my skin. Plus, the adjustable design means that i can customize the tightness to my liking. While they're great for the sports and outdoors, I wouldn't recommend them for lighter activities like yoga or stretching. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend these straps for anyone looking to up their game in outdoor fitness..
