Review on DataMotion Direct by Ron Turner

The customer service is excellent as I have worked with them for several years now, their staff are very knowledgeable in all areas required to manage our data storage system. They offer great support, including a full suite of managed cloud hosted apps where you can host your own business systems such as CRM or ERP at no additional cost under our agreement. All of this comes complete up-front costing around $5 per month after our initial contract starts. So far my only criticism would be they could perhaps do more to attract new customers who may not necessarily require some extra work from an IT manager standpoint but just want something that will run without any issues. Our organisation used DM before migrating over to AWS's fully managed service platform which has been very stable. I like that it is a very comprehensive platform. It allows you to view all your patient data in one place. There are many modules and it can be difficult to figure out what each one does. Also, sometimes the system will crash or freeze up so it takes some time to get back to where you were before it happened. I am able to see my patients' medical records in one place. This helps me keep track of their care and makes it easier for them to access their own medical records.
