I like that it has so many features available in one platform! It is very easy t navigate through all of them once you have used other platforms before such as Facebook or LinkedIn etc.. The customer service team are great too - they always respond quickly when contacting via email/phone call & help answer any questions about how best use this software within our business operations / marketing strategy needs.- not much dislike from me yet but there may be some minor things which could improve upon:- 1) more options during sign up process (ease your customers into using winmobile)- 2). More training material would also benefit those looking forward towards learning what exactly does each button do e.g "send"/"receive". We're solving problems relating mainly around lead generation by providing an additional channel where we send out emails regarding upcoming events across multiple accounts simultaneously.
