When I opened the gun everything looked fine except the gun was fully assembled and there was an empty little box inside the packaging. I found it weird, but mostly ignored it. When I first used the spray I was very disappointed! Almost nothing came out and he squirted like crazy! So I thinned the paint thinking that was the problem. It does not matter. I decided to give up and hand paint the bathroom. I took the sprayer to the kitchen to have it cleaned so I could return it. While cleaning it I completely disassembled the nozzle (I assume all the small nozzle parts should have been in the empty box) and found it clogged with blue paint. I painted the bathroom white! After a thorough cleaning I decided to run clean hot water through the gun as a last resort and it worked like new. I'm happy to report that I didn't have to hand paint the bathroom, but I'm disappointed that someone tried to pass off a faulty spray gun as a new one. Oh I'm just glad it works! I would recommend!
