Review on e-TICS FM by Andrew Walton

The ease at which I can change out work orders, request inspections, etc. The mobile app is great too! We have never had problems with this software or their customer service so far!! It couldn't be easier to use if you know how it works at all. There are some specific items that could also improve but overall we really like it so much in our facility management department. Nothing yet! Would love more options for adding inspection dates/times into my schedule as an admin assistant rather than creating new forms of each time. This saves me loads of paperwork when doing maintenance requests by hand.
