Low profile, works great
I like these flat ones a bit more than standing ones because they take up less drawer space. Fairly easy to clean and use, these are standard graters, a useful kitchen tool. The front of the rack has plenty of adjustability, but the back allows you to cut thicker slices of cheese and it gets flavorful. Good quality duo.
