The ease in which one can create lists to segment their leads is amazing! I love that you are able to set up your own rules for what criteria will trigger an email or text message when someone signs into lead IQ through Facebook Messenger/WhatsApp etc.. It has been very helpful as it allows me to keep track of my clients without needing to constantly check each client individually throughout the day!! You cannot have too much automation going at once unless there isn't enough resources available (which would make sense). If they could increase how long an account stays open before being archived then this product gets 5 stars from us here!! We were having issues keeping our data organized so tracking all contacts was getting difficult and time-consuming. Now everything about prospects goes straight into Salesforce automatically meaning no more manual updates needed - saving tons of man hours every week.
