Fits most needle sizes and needles

Very handy at home to replace pens in your closet. Only thing was it didn't fit the pins in my 1/4" thick kitchen cabinet. But they do fit nicely in my bathroom first aid kit. Would recommend but I can't recommend it for all vertebrae sizes fits.
