From my layman's point of view (ie I'm not a craftsman, carpenter etc. but rather a homeowner and father who does what he can quickly if u have the right tools), it is a really handy tool. A comfortable handle (why would anyone make or use a tool with a smooth handle these days?), as well as the convenience of storing multiple bits in the handle, as well as the ability to use other standard bits (like the one on the drill I have) too well. However, I have to agree with one person's criticism that the lack of instructions is very, very frustrating. I finally noticed there was a parts diagram on the back of the box, but who keeps the box? And words would be nice. But I'm sure I'll get used to it. From my point of view a good, reliable multi-bit tool that I enjoy using.
