I saw a previous customer who had the same problem as me with my Dyson vacuum. Apparently the rubber on the filter can wear out and cause problems restarting and stopping the vacuum cleaner. Bought a new filter and battery. That helped. I got my vacuum cleaner back. It was a pleasure working with this company. Filters received immediately, even faster than expected.
