Very sharp! The thumb is still healing!
Sharp, ultra safe, multiple finger and thumb cuts! However, I love how they even cut cherry tomatoes smoothly. They are smaller than any other steak knife I have had. My "bad" for not reading the description more carefully. They are much better than the Henkles Micro Serrated steak knives bought (and not returned) before them. After a few weeks of use, these knives have become a kitchen block. Henkel will be a repeat gift for the next wedding or housewarming. Sometimes ordering from Revain isn't the best way to get things.
