Review on BOSCH 14 TPI Carbide Teeth T-Shank Jig Saw Blades for Laminates - Pack of 3, 3.62-Inch by Kyle Cross

I had high hopes for this disc when doing a 1500 square foot laminate project on my first floor. I use Pergo 12mm premium laminate (very hard) and it eats the blades like popcorn. This product has a special tooth design, 50% down and 50% up, normal jigsaw blade all the way down. The concept behind this design is to minimize EDGE chipping due to opposing teeth (teeth facing the wood have a cleaner cut). Even with a thicker laminate, only one side of the blade's opposing teeth will cut and still cause chipping. If it were made 25% shorter, it would be 100% more efficient.
