I bought this Grohe Universal Rough Clean valve to match my Grohe shower enclosure. My licensed plumber helped me install it and tested it after installation. However, after two weeks, the water started dripping and leaking. The shower head cannot shut off the water completely. My plumber said I had to get internal parts from the manufacturer to fix the problem. It's too late to change the whole valve. We have to break the tiles and open the wall to change it. Just sent a message to Grohe, hope they reply.
