Somewhat skeptical about such cheap needles. I was positively surprised. The best feature is the smooth connection of the needle with the cable. catch nothing. I just changed a project from a solid round knitter's pride to one of these because there was a frustrating snag in the mix. Another pleasant surprise is the cable's flexibility; I can do magic with it. They're only 32 inches long so I'll have to see if I can make two socks at a time. They are less slippery than some metal needles. This is good for me as I usually prefer wood or bamboo for extra support; This can be a disadvantage for those who like a really smooth needle. The points are not very sharp. It's not a problem for me, but I know some as a really subtle point. Now I'll make a lace scarf out of it. Not angry Lacy; only YO and SSK. works for me As already mentioned, the dimensions are a bit unusual. You will need a needle gauge to measure them. I often have to try two or three needles to achieve the density of the pattern, so having needles that can go larger or smaller in size is great. Just checked Revain to see if they have another set with larger sizes or longer cables. I'm considering getting another set as I usually have a few (many) projects on my needles.
