Parts are missing and broken
There were a few broken parts and the velcro straps were missing. I had to go to Home Depot for velcro straps and am trying to figure out a way to get replacement plastic hand tensioners from Hollywood Bike Racks to replace the two that broke. Also, there were no installation instructions, so I had to use YouTube to find out. I was able to put everything back together, but I have yet to replace the broken plastic parts.
