I have fitted many hidden Blum hinges bought from Ikea to cabinet doors I made and I have always using the crappy homemade "jig" that was never quite right. Looking at this picture I could imagine I could bang it against the edge of the door to drill a hole for the mug and then flip it over onto the cabinet to drill holes in the right place for the receiving piece to drill. However, the cup hole is outside the edge of the door when used as expected and in the picture. I don't know what this thing is for or how it can be used. This time I had to work hard again.
