Although the compatibility manual says it will fit the lower radiator hose on the 2001 Ford Explorer Sport (4.0L V6), the supplied hose had to be trimmed over 4 inches to fit properly to fit. At least it wasn't too short. Did it but was frustrated that it didn't fit exactly. To be fair, RockAuto lists the same hose as a fitting, so the problem is likely with the Gates hose, not the dealer.
