I love this purchase!

I bought this thermometer because I wanted to make fudge, but it also came in handy for Thanksgiving turkey. This year the turkey was perfect when the breast is usually a bit overcooked due to oven issues. When switched on, it displays the air temperature. It came with instructions in a secure container and on time. I love this purchase!
