Review on Bravex Straight Ignition Compatible FD508 Upgrade Replacement Parts for Ignition Parts by Mike Hernandez

I bought them thinking they would be a good replacement for my 2007 Ford F-150 5.4L. Rolls as an upgrade while I was there. The parts came out of the packaging clean and well made. However, a few weeks after installation, the machine began to jerk under light loads. I figured it was either bad coils or my torque converter. While driving, I noticed the Check Engine Light (MIL) was blinking. indicating an active misfire. I found that my 3rd cylinder's coil was misfiring due to a bad coil. (TO EDIT). I was initially frustrated that the turnaround time for the product itself was so short, but Bravex contacted me directly and they immediately sent me a replacement set without asking. I was contacted via email by the customer service department and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service. They saw I had an issue with their product and fixed it by providing me with a new full kit with no shipping cost. I had an issue with the component so I can't give it a perfect rating, but the customer service was so good that I upgraded my rating from 1 to 4 stars. If you are looking for replacement spools choose this company to work with. I will buy from them again when the opportunity arises.
