I like that it is easy to use for my staff who are not very computer savvy as well as myself! It does everything you need in one system!! There isn't anything bad about this software at all so far.
The only thing i dislike sometimes when using online patient portal or phone calls with patients they don’t always have access of internet which makes them unable to see their treatment plan etc. Maybe make an option where if people do go offline there should be some sort of notification sent out letting your customer know they were disconnected from service but was able to continue working without interruption by having saved up information previously? Also making sure our records show we did contact these customers before sending billings would help us avoid any issues later down the road.
