Type of review

The most valuable thing about this software is that it allows us to manage our appointments with ease! It has been very helpful in keeping track of our patients' records for scheduling purposes as well as managing their files when they come into office visits. I have not found any drawbacks so far but would like to know if there are some features which could be added or improved upon to make them better overall. We use dental executive at work because we need an efficient way to schedule…

Good product and easy setup: Dental-Exec

I like that it allows me to see what my schedule is for each day of the week so i can plan ahead as far as appointments go. It also helps with keeping track of patients who are due for recall or follow up visits. The system does not have any reports that you can create yourself which makes tracking patient info difficult when trying to keep things organized. Also, some features seem outdated compared to other scheduling software out there such as ZoomInfo. We were looking at several different…

Great tool and program used every day

I like that it is easy to use for my staff who are not very computer savvy as well as myself! It does everything you need in one system!! There isn't anything bad about this software at all so far. The only thing i dislike sometimes when using online patient portal or phone calls with patients they don’t always have access of internet which makes them unable to see their treatment plan etc. Maybe make an option where if people do go offline there should be some sort of notification sent out…
