I finally figured out how to use my

. I love/hate that thing. It made a holey mess and was so hard to turn. The screen got clogged with cellulose and I had to take it apart and clean it halfway through. I had to twist it so hard that it wobbled and wouldn't hold the clamp. I HAVE THE TRICK! Roast the tomatoes a little first. I halved my Roma tomatoes and cooked them for 5 or 10 minutes so they were soft and juicy. I let them cool down a bit and THEN ran them through the VICTORIO processor. The handle turned slightly, the screen was not blocked, held on the counter. Then I made some water out of the sauce and preserved it. Light! Yes, it's still a bit messy, but that's the thing about canning. If you find it difficult, try my idea.
