I bought them and read the instructions on how to properly care for and use them. According to the instructions, I did not heat much, I used plastic dishes, cleaned them with a special sponge that came with the kit and lubricated with a small amount of vegetable oil after each wash and dry. After a week and a half, one of the pots began to stick, and after two weeks the rest began to stick. In the beginning they were great. Cooked well without the use of oil or oils but unfortunately it didn't last long. It was a waste of my money and I'm now switching to regular nonstick pans. The first two times I bought copper pans from local stores and the third time I bought them here through Amazon. I realized that no matter where you buy them, they are just a fad.
