This WILL be great but the grips get very hot! My wife and I burned our hands on it. Caution, you MUST use an oven mitt to touch the metal handles. I bought a small set for my son for Christmas. He loved her. When he visited me in February he hung up my pot stand and decided I needed new pans so he bought them for me. I love her. I bought them and read the instructions on how to properly care for and use them. According to the instructions, I did not heat much, I used plastic dishes, cleaned them with a special sponge that came with the kit and lubricated with a small amount of vegetable oil after each wash and dry.
