This WILL be great but the grips get very hot! My wife and I burned our hands on it. Caution, you MUST use an oven mitt to touch the metal handles. In addition, as everyone said, they cook well and are easy to clean. But damn, my hand is killing me right now after burning it! Big failure. UPDATE 01/26/2020. Home Hero contacted me after seeing my review and offered to refund my money or give me a different product, so we settled on their knife set. We value customer service, which is very rare these days! Looks like they're figuring out how to keep pot and pan handles from overheating and burning hands, which is nice to hear too. The knife set works great.
