Material cooks food so well. The food is cooked evenly and the meat is well browned. They can be washed in the dishwasher, but I think I'll only hand wash them. There's something nice about how easy they are to clean, that they don't have to go through the dishwasher. You can use anything in the oven except the tiny egg jar. Lid handles get a bit warm when using them on the stovetop, but that's the only downside. And they tend to scratch if you're not careful and use metal on them. The pans are very light, bigger than I thought. Great for my tendinitis so this was a pleasant surprise. The set also includes cleaning sponges specific to this material and storage pads to prevent scratches. I definitely recommend this set. I wanted to buy ceramic or stainless steel, but that was out of my price range at this point in my life. This is amazing quality for the price! Update: A year and a half later, the pans are still working. Except for the big frying pan. This one has lost its non-stickiness for some reason so I have to use oil to actually cook anything. But other than that, the whole set works well and hasn't suffered much considering I'm a clumsy person.
