Did the job. Clean cut plastic. I've seen some reviews that say you can scratch the paint under the bed rails if you don't set the correct depth, but that's a setting issue, not a product defect. Yes, some of the plastic will melt and grip the drill bit, but that's inevitable due to the material being cut. I recommend moving the router INTO the SLOT rather than removing it. Use controlled, smooth movements to ensure cleanliness. I don't see how you could use any other cutter to do this job so effectively and for the price it was worth the headache saved.
