The main issue is that the goods were delivered with a serious flaw, which I was not immediately aware of. At first I thought the front fender was installed unevenly, with a strong shift to the right (about 1 cm), but it turned out to be even worse: the wheel's center axle is very much shifted to the left, and the tire on the left side rubs against the side edge, so much so that the top layer of rubber from friction even started to melt. It's unclear whether this is a manufacturing fault or whether he was seriously injured while loading or unloading at the store. I'd prefer the second. It is therefore obvious that it is new, yet this flaw seriously taints the product. The vendor didn't mention this at the time, which is only natural, and it appears that he snuck this one up on me on purpose. But that's not all; upon closer investigation, I also discovered a noticeable chip on the deck to the left, as if it were in the process of dropping. He ignored this, albeit he would have returned it and refused to buy it if he had detected the second flaw, which turned out to be considerably more severe.
