I love that my staff can use this software for scheduling, making payments/bills, accounting online as well as customer communication with text messaging so it's easy access from anywhere! The reporting features are very helpful in keeping up-to date reports regarding our finances at hand.
There isn't much there yet because we haven’t been actively using them since moving into new facility but if they continue adding more functions then i will be happy. We have not experienced any issues thus far (other than learning how everything works) however when starting out you should take your time getting familiarized with each feature before jumping right ahead - learn what things work best together first otherwise some options may look too confusing initially which could lead to errors such as entering wrong info twice etc.. This has helped us improve overall organization within housekeeping department by having an updated schedule set weekly as opposed to waiting till end of month where bills come due & employee hours.
