The system is easy to use; it integrates well with our existing applications (EAM - JBoss) without needing any customizations or modifications from us. It can support multiple data sources i.e., legacy systems as well which makes life easier for an organization like ours that has disparate databases in different formats such as Oracle & MS SQL Server etc. We are using this application at 2 levels of entry-points into our hospital. At one level we have separate apps catering to patients while another handles billing and medical records functions internally within the hospital itself. Thus when users log out they get logged off from both sides! This would be solved if this functionality was integrated so as soon I login through my computer then automatically all subsequent activity will happen inside the same window.
