I am a retired concrete worker and have used trailers of all types for 50 years which means I have been repairing trailer wiring for 50 years. This truck hookup looked great. In Minnesota, DOT uses a lot of salt on icy roads, which eats away at the wires. Every few years you have to change parts, that's why I bought this connector. There is a standard color code for trailer, left, right, tail, ground, brake, backup and battery cables. So 7 clamps. I wonder what color does what, these guys don't bother to tell you and if you really want to have fun stick the ground in a hot brake controller and see what happens. But they saved some ink and made a penny more profit by buying from someone else.
