Review on 3PHealth Choice by Darin Marshall

The most impressive thing about this software is its easy use. It really makes the job of my staff easier than ever before. We didn't have to get new hardware or anything to make this work. This was installed and ready for business. I love that we are able to do so much more with this program. Since our department's been using this for 2 months now we know exactly where to place everything. I'm not sure that there's much that I dislike. The only problem I've had so far is some trouble getting specific information from certain areas in the program. Sometimes it's hard to search for specific info if you're looking for it for the first time. Once you figure out the layout of the program though it's very useful! The platform is easy to use and has helped us in many ways - from patient engagement to revenue management to billing. They have also been very responsive when we had issues with our system or needed help solving them. I would recommend this product for anyone looking at engaging patients through their portal. We were able to engage more patients than expected (about 500) and get paid faster than anticipated.
