I'll start with the mic, it's not as loud as the more expensive ones, if you speak into it normally it's not as loud but you can still hear it when you raise your voice it works fine not insanely loud but it works well enough that someone in the other car can hear you all other sounds work amazing it's very loud and really clear sound easy to install that only problem i had was there wasn't enough cable for the mic, i had to stretch a lot to get it to work but i have a bigger truck and i put it behind bars but it still worked works although I'm not a big fan of there connections, unsealed and not the best but for $23. I love it, after this one slows down I will definitely get the high end device, it's so much fun to use
