My personal experience of using the product Sony WH CH510 Wireless Headphones WHCH510. After the battery was completely discharged, the Bluetooth connection on Windows 10 switched to "Voice" mode. The sound is disgusting . There must be a connection "Voice, music". Then everything is fine. It is treated by removing the device, resetting the headphones to factory settings and re-negotiating. Charge on time.
