Excellent for knocking out bearing rings. The longer length makes the hub easier to clean, and the oval shape gives you more racing confidence than a round punch. A small cone also helps. Use small sleds for better acceleration. I also used it to knock out the bottom bracket + gasket since I didn't have a gasket puller. minuses? Despite being hardened steel, it's still not as strong as racing. I have found that the surface of the stamp still deforms quite a bit, especially when it slides off the rail on impact. You'll probably need to wear it from time to time to keep it sharp.
