Needed to replace a broken mirror on my 02 F250 and I found this. The installation is quite complicated, but take your time. Check everything for compliance and note that some registration is required. I watched a lot of youtube videos and adjusted the door mounting points with a dremel tool. The electrical connections for the fitting were plug and play. It took me months to return to light and warmth. Loves mirrors all the time. Much better than even the factory rearview mirrors! Now for the headlights and heater. Keep the adapters that came with the mirrors, as I carefully removed the pins from the gray rectangular connectors (push out the center slot first). I routed the new cables through the door boots into the cabin on either side to meet them under the driver's dash. The parking light is connected to the cable coming from the headlight switch. Turn signals to the wiring harness under the steering wheel and heater to a relay switch I bought here from Revain with a timer made for the purpose. This relay plugged into a switched 12v line and used wires from adapters to connect to the factory outlet. I also connected the floor to the door. It was a little tricky to wire everything up, but I'm very happy with the result.
