Review on Enhance Engine Performance with GM Genuine Parts MU1738 Fuel Pump, Level Sensor Module, Seal, and Float by Sergey Chodavarapu

The part fits my 2002 Chevrolet Suburban Z71 (Flexible Fuel) and the electrical connections are correct, however the pump is incorrectly connected so the pump is not working as is. This left me with two options: 1) return the pump as non-working and try to get a working one, or 2) try to troubleshoot the new pump to determine exactly what the problem is. I decided that option 2 had the best chance of success in the shortest amount of time. I determined that the fuel pump and tank sensor wires were connected to the wrong terminals, figured out how to redo my suburban wiring to match the faulty new fuel pump wiring, and made wiring modifications. The fuel pump works now, but it took almost an extra day of work.
