Non-Plug-n-Play thread / Requires extensive customization

I use Ender 3 Pro Bondtech Clone heated glass bed extruder .Uses washable glue for gluing Retraction @ 6.5mm Retraction speed @ 20mm/s This has been one of the most difficult PLAs to set print diameters in. It is also extremely finicky which means that certain temperature settings will someday working without problems but not working recently For unknown reasons Prusaslicer with its default cleaning function has affected my printer the most Cura has a similar function but cutting with Cura caused much stranger hair artifacts which can be seen in the photo (part of the (Image is cut in Prusaslicer. Hairiness was worse with Cura.) Now my transition to a temp of 210-220 with thread. 230 prints fine, but I don't like temperature anymore. It's also worth noting that the filament is very brittle. The filament has broken more than 3 times (and I've only just started using this spool!). I also had to adjust the tension in the extruder a few times to counteract the filament's brittleness. If you know how to bypass the settings to calibrate them properly, do so. If done right, it will make a beautiful orange that I'm ambivalent about (if only it wasn't so hard to type with!)

Pros
  • Spool Diameter: 7.87" - Spool Width: 3.78" - Bore Bore: 2.20"
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
