I would say it was a really good product, goes with all my bikes in the house. Assembly was pretty easy. I think the product is well made. My family and I have just ridden four bikes with this rack where we have ridden about 400 miles and multiple trails. Our four bikes weighed about 100 pounds total. Pros: - Easy to assemble (the instructions aren't the best but easy to understand) - Materials used are strong - Easy and solid to assemble - Very secure - The swivel function to use the tailgate is good and works as intended and works well. The straps are easy to use and extra spare straps are also included. a trunk loaded with four bikes, I felt that constantly as we drove over speed bumps and rough roads. It was hard to tell if the strut was flexing or if it was just moving with the car. I checked the welds when we got home and everything looked fine. In general this is a good product for the money, I'm very satisfied, I'm not small so it's definitely 5 stars.
