After reading the reviews I was in the mood for a quick return. After watching various videos from other buyers, I'm pretty convinced that the manufacturer used vinyl that was too hard or didn't have enough plasticizer. NOT A SINGLE fragility I've seen in various negative reviews. However, fearing the worst, I made sure there were no sharp turns in my setup and that the hose was midway so it wouldn't sag from the weight of the water. So far, so good. I will update this review if any problems arise. Everything is fine at the moment.
